We signed up for a family plan and Verizon is billing us $ 9.95 per line and $ 39.95 extra per month. Verizon personnel will not explain

email them at the "contact us" on their website. i have had numerous issues with their billing and have always had more help with the website. good luck! i feel your pain. just explain your situation (be nice) and let them know that you feel that they have made a mistake in billing you and could they please correct it? they always do but we always have gotten charged the incorrect ammount first and then next month they'll credit the difference to your bill. it sucks but that's the way they do things.

Verizon is the absolute worst cell phone company. Get rid of them now while you don't ow them too much. They will tell anything to keep you as a customer. But every month you will keep getting bills with extra charges that don't make sence.

actually its $39.95 for the plan, plus $9.95 for each extra line

All disputes should be in writing. Keep copies of everything. Send them a copy of your contract and mention the sections of the contract that you are disputing.

I'm sorry, I can't believe that they won't explain. What, they say "sorry we can't explain it to you, its a secret"? Come on! You just didn't understand the program before signing up for it, admit it.
