I have tried every possible way to get rid of the hair on the face & chin - threading, plucking, bleaching, waxing, electrolysis, even hormonal medicines but in vein. Please suggest how can i get rid of them forever. I'm 27 years old.

Laser treatment is the only way to get rid of hair permanently

there is no cheap way to remove it permanently. you'll probably need laser hair removal. NOT cheap at all
