Honestly, i have found that when you lay in bed all day and feel gross, you really will feel hungover.
But when you get up, have a coffee, have some food take a shower and do something, the hangover goes away!
So get up and shower and do something! Drink some green tea, lots of water and have something to eat that will absorb the booze my friend and you will feel 10 times better. It's all in the mindset.

If you drank beer last night, drink another one.
I am serious and have tried it. It helps a whole lot.
The reasoning behind this is because alcohol is a 'drug' and when you have a hangover, you are really going through withdrawal. The best way to cure withdrawal is to give the body what it wants!

Three days in bed with about 20 litres of water.
Oh... And the odd trip to the loo.
Lemon helps in hot water (not boiling).
Exercise will help.
Other than that, a good old stomach pump, available at your local hospital will do the trick.

A greasy pork sandwich served in a dirty ashtray!!!
No! Seriously, drink lots of water, your body gets dehydrated when you sleep. I also just heard today that bananas help with hangovers. You have to make a milkshake with bananas and honey. Good luck and feel better!

you have lost electrolytes
so you are dehydrated
what you need is some gatorade and water
actually nothing helps just deal with it
but you can always make yourself a banana milk shake with a spoon full of honey
this soothes the stomatch and hydrates you as well
hope you feel better:)
