the formula of conversion would be using y=ax+b
with y new measure x value in C
30 = y*0+b since for C=0 y=30 so b=0
and 180= a*100+30 =100a +30 hence a=1.5

formula y =1.5 * C+30 and for C=37

y=1.5*37+30= 85.5 V
