Well, I guess it wouldn't have been a racist incident then would it? Can you people not read the whole story and realize that white assailants, for the same or similar crimes, have not been charged in Jena when teh victims were black? If that isn't racism then please explain it to me. While you are at it please explain the all white jury of the black suspect's peers. Then tell me the court would have allowed an all black jury to sit in judgment of a white defendant there.

Six boys beating one boy isn't acceptable and should be punished. Thousands shouldn't march to free the attackers. It makes a mockery of our justice system and of victims. Good luck. 2D
