The Tories plan to bribe the electorate is unbelievable,

At time when the national health service needs more money, they give it away.

At a time their prison service needs more money, they give it away.

At a time when the armed forces need more money, they give it away

At a time when the country needs affordable housing, they give it away.

It doesn't take a mathematician to work out by making all the cuts the Tories are promising the wealthy will become wealthier and the gap between the poor and the rich will get even wider.

These politicians we have today stealing the future of our children and their children.

Are you really going to vote or send a message to all the politicians that people will not listen to their lies, and vote them.

Oh please Brown and his commie friends are on the run at last the Conservatives are making a stand for middle Britain. Inheritance Tax will be restored to the level it should be so it will only effect millionaires and stamp duty will be dealt with so first time buyers can have a better chance to buy a house. The policies to free the police are well over due and bringing in more choice in education and more power to the schools is a great idea. Also scrapping the regional assemblies which are just a bureaucratic waste is right . And giving the British people a vote on the EU Constitution something this lousy government promised in there manifesto just shows the choice we know have we can either stick with the road to a larger bureaucratic state or we can have a smaller government more local democracy and a say on our nations future now i know what i prefer how about you?

get a grip, and try and look at these things properly before making rediculous comments. Many of their plans (i.e. to take away stamp duty for 1st time buyers) will help the poor save more money. And as for the NHS, at least they are not coming up with stupid suggestions like labour. all that "deep cleaning" rubbish - there's scientific proof (and lots of it) that it actually doesn't make a difference, as it's up people's noses that these super bugs live, not on the floor. Perhaps Labour should start listening to people who actually know something before they come up with such ludicrous money wasting ideas.

The prison service needing more money? Perhaps they should start spending the same amount on prison dinners as they do on school dinners, that would save masses of money (and take away their x-boxes as well (i know, my friend is a prison officer, and they have just got a brand new x-box 360, and so on), which would also save masses). I think that the Tory plans are much better than the rubbish that the Labour party is coming out with, I mean, at least it actually works, and isn't just pointless, money-wasting (to use your word) bribes, lol.

This is a usual ploy all parties use it. i take issue with you on the NHS in that it may or may not need more money but it also needs to see if the money it has is well spent> ie fewer admin and more medical staff.
It's is the whole prison system that needs looking at as well as our social structure which seems to be falling apart.
I agree that the forces need proper equipment to enable them to do the jobs the government decides they have to do.

It is a curious phenomenon that when tax rates are lowered more tax is collected, maybe because it encourages the economy.

I haven't seen any evidence in the last ten years that the gap between rich and poor is getting smaller under labour either. Also aren't they helping first time buyers in their tax cuts? Personally I don't think the NHS needs vast amounts of extra cash they just need some decent management rather than taxing us to death and then wasting it.

If the Tories are cutting tax, I'm voting for them. I feel every day like just giving up on life, that i might as well just resign my rights as a human being and become a slave for the Government....oooops we already are!!!

Brown must be laughing his head off right now!
It shouldn't take long for Labour to rip all these silly ideas to bits.
Even the Tories main supporter CBI have warned them this latest idea of taxing foreign investors to pay for general tax reliefs will back fire! They will stop investing here, that's simply enough to understand isn't it??
So what was the 'best' thing to come from this conference?
My old Gran can now die happy in the knowledge that if she leaves a million pound that inheritance will not be paid!!!!!
Tories say this will benefit up to 9 million folk???
What bloody planet are they from?
Come on Gordon get an early election moving , they just cant win, they will be finished forever!!
Yipeeeee!!

You are obviously a New Labour Activist.
If you really believe that people are satisfied with the performance of this government, over the last 10 years, you are living in cloud cuckoo land.
This last 10 years has seen the biggest increase in taxation,
since taxation was invented.
The same sanctimonious, egotistical idiot, that is currently our UNELECTED
Prime Minister, is the same guy, that robbed our pension systems, pushed house prices up, so that he could make a fortune from stamp duty, sold our gold reserves off at knock down prices and hopefully will receive the same fate that Harold Wilson received.

Patrick M - so proud of voting BNP eh? So proud to vote for far right fascists - the same fascists that tried to occupy this country nearly 70 years ago - the same fascists that millions of British men and women gave their lives to keep away from these shores.
Every vote for the scum of the BNP is p*ssing on the grave of one of our great heroes and you people call yourself patriots. Do me a f*cking favour.
