155 horsepower is it, no more, no less.

Depends on vehicle its in.
The 3.1 was in a ton of cars and small trucks, and had anywhere from 135hp up to 215hp. Since you put '95 Pontiac, that narrows it down to Firebird (160hp) or Grand Prix GT (160hp) or GTP (215hp)

What year? I think the newer one has about 155-160 depending on who you ask.

200 hp and it's really a torquey motor too. Can even spin the tires in first gear.
