is there like grants i can do this with or how would i get a sponser to buy it and i promte theit bis etc..

no one is going to give you a "grant" to buy a website, and at your age you're not going to get any financing or investors either - how do you know the website even makes any money - you could buy it and wind up with zero revenue, because I know you haven't done any due diligence on the website or created a business plan. if it's such a hot website, why are they selling it so cheap? why don't the owners hold onto it until they can sell it for millions??,

Unless you have a lot of money saved up, forget about this - and if you have the money, be very careful you don't get scammed.
Since you can't sign a legal contract until you're 18, it would be very difficult to run a business yourself at your age even if you could get the money to get started.

Hate to say it... but give up, its a dream.
1. to much for a site
2. why are they selling if its so good? duh
3. just cause something is a hit today doesn't mean it will be tomorrow, specially with web.
