Just do it. See if it lands you in jail. Then tell us about how many times a day you need to slap the crap out of your cellmate. (Answer: 42 again!)
Seriously, Your post does not tell anything about your reasons for posting, With so little information, you leave it to be assumed that you are just a bitter violent person to work with.
The more you slap your employee the more you are going to slap them, it is a vicious circle. You need to *talk* about it. Read a book called Primal Leadership. It will help.

I am the only employee in this office, so I don't have to worry about getting slapped. Not that I don't deserve it for staying on Answers at least half the day...

I don't have any. I DID yell at my five year old granddaughter today when I was trying to hurry her up so we could get to the bus on time. I made her cry. See this dot: . ? That's how big I felt afterwards. She finally gave me a smile and a hug when she got onto he bus. I still feel horrible though.
