It is off I35 along 290. It is just a couple of miles East of that 35 exit.

It is amazingly convenient to downtown in terms of travel time.

Everyone else's descriptions are more or less correct. The airport is south east of Austin off of Hy71, near the intersection of 183 and Ben White Blvd

It is about 20 minutes from downtown, depending on traffic. The easiest way to get there is just to go south on I35 and then east on Ben White, that will take you right there. For a shorter, but more complicated method, take Airport Blvd to 183 (or MLK, which connects up to Airport Blvd).

From north Austin or Round Rock it would be 30 minutes or more, traffic can also increase this significantly. I would recommend taking 183 South to avoid the downtown. Just look for the signs for the airport and Hwy 71 once you cross the river.

Austin Bergstrom Airport is indeed located on Hwy 71 East of I-35 a couple of miles on the right. This is a South Austin location so if you are traveling South on I-35 you will pass the downtown area and go through several more exit signs before you come to Hwy 71 (also known as Ben White Blvd.)
Easy to find!

It's on Highway 71 in southeast Austin. Highway 183 borders the west side of the airport. This area is also known as Del Valle.

It's off of 71, not 290.

It is pretty easy to get to, and it's pretty close to town.
