Subway and Ralph's is as close to healthy as you are going to get. I would stick with it. You can feel the grease of everything else seeping out of the pores in your neck about 5 minutes after eating it.

Well, my boyfriend got sick off of subway food once, and KFC sold me cold chicken before, so scratch those two off. That Ralph's Deli place sounds good, so why not there?

If you are training for a marathon, I would not go to any of these choices. You should plan your meals and bring your own lunch. This will allow you to know exactly what you are eating, calories, grams of fat and so on.
