You need to first figure out what type of psychology you want to go into- clinical, social, developmental, counseling etc. Then from there you need to see which schools are strong in your choosen area. Not every school will have a strong program in every type of psychology

There is only one top tier school in Florida (University of Florida) and only two schools in the second tier (University of Miami and Florida State). Any of those schools would be a respectable choice. Other schools in Florida may be OK -- but don't approach the quality of these three schools.

Thats a list of all the schools in the u.s. where psychology is the most popular major...check if a florida one is on there.. if it isn't you can search that site (www.princetownreview.org) for more schools.
From that site i would recommend doing counselout-o-matic.. it will help you find a school that fits you best.
