Yes its absolutely ridiculous ,there is no real and proper reason why they shouldn't be able to sing Baa Ba Black sheep other than its not considered " PC" and racist my children sang all the songs that are no longer allowed, they are completely non racist which seems to be the issue here.

Yes some schools have banned the story the 3 little pigs so not to offend Muslims.
The Blackboard-chalkboard which have all been virtually replaced with whiteboards but were not offended.
Political correctness gone wrong- well as a white british person who is not racist I only think about things when another one of our traditions is no longer allowed so not to offend people who choose to reside in 'Britain'
It's not just the political correctness either it's the health and safety issues now like kids being able to play conkers or marbels being banned.

It comes from my sources taxes in Ca. What bothers me greater is the ten to fifteen billion a 365 days the Democrats in Sacramento spend on welfare reward just to unlawful extraterrestrial beings. Ca is broke because of fact of Democrats. The Democrats have decreased investment to public colleges thrice interior the final 365 days. They now have taken 1000 million from the college fund and transferred to the low earnings housing fund. they have finished this in anticipation of the Nov. election so they'd say if we don't vote for greater effective earnings taxes the colleges will go through. this is the kicker Jerky Brown and the Democrats have only prolonged a $one hundred,000,000 tax harm to Hollywood action picture and T.V. studios. they say it's going to be an incentive to stay here and hire human beings. humorous they do no longer see that utilising to different industries Hollywood filmed 80 p.c. here 3 years in the past. 2 years in the past it replaced into fifty p.c. final 365 days it replaced into ten p.c.. Ca. has the popularity as being the main organization unfriendly State interior the Union. Liberals can not see bypass their own noses to work out that Liberalism has destroyed Ca.

I do, I know people think its racist but baa baa rainbow sheep does'nt have the same ring to it. I mean do they even exist, I know farmers paint them but its a bit over the top. If nusery songs are changed, those roads shoul be changed to, I hope this doesnt cause affence but for example white ladys road and places like that you know.

Working in a nursery you would be amazed that the amount of "stuff" that gets banned by the education department so has not to offend. We get letters and memos every week about a name change or a ban on something

It's crazy isn't it?

What makes this particular example even crazier is that it is actually meant to show that 'black' wool was more highly prized because it wasn't as common as white!

So what colour do you tell children sheep are?

It is not just this either! a local school has banned children from cross country running as they may hurt themselves. When i was at school i did cross country and was lost for 2 days (honest!) when i got back to school, i was given six whacks of the cane for not paying attention!

Its ridiculous! Its part of OUR heritage! Weve sung these songs since time began - how can anyone be allowed to deny us our traditions? They should get those chips off their shoulders and DEAL WIV IT!
