Cr(OH)4(-) + OH(-) + H2O2 --> CrO4(2-) + H2O
Please start from the half reactions:
Cr(OH)4(-) + 4OH(-) ---> CrO4(2-) + 4H2O + 3e-(1)
H2O2 + 2H(+) + 2e- ---> 2H2O.......................(2)
2(1) + 3(2):
2Cr(OH)4(-) + 2OH(-) + 3H2O2 ---> 2CrO4(2-) + 8H2O
