cant work out my period do you work it out when your next due on from the day i come on or the day i come off?

i come on the 6th october and i come off on the 12th so witch day do i go from to work out what date im due on next??

you count from the first day of bleeding.

generally 28 days from the first day of your period is when your next one should arrive. If you are a teen, that can vary by as much as a week.
