My frickn' diagphragm is stuck a bit on one side from an injury. I wanna see a moving X-ray of it to know for sure.

Cost?

Referral? Do I need a doctor's referral when its ME figuring out the problem, not him.

X-rays are like medications... you must have an order from a doctor to get them. Just like you can't walk into a pharmacy and ask for drugs, you can't walk in and ask for x-rays. You may need a "sniff test" but a doctor must decide that.

You are not a doctor. A doctor would know the proper way of diagnosing a condition. Fluoroscopy may not be the proper tool for diagnosing what you are suffering from. You can't get a fluoroscopy without a doctor's script.

You can go to any doctor you want, but in order to take full advantage of your insurance coverage, you would have to follow the guidelines of your insurance plan.
