If it bothers you just let him know that it's none of his business and you don't feel comfortable answering. by the questions he is asking i think he is interested in you not as a friend...he wants to see where your head is. do you want kids...do you have a man, there questions you ask when you like someone that your not sure likes you....

He might like you and want to date you but is too scared to ask. Why don't you ask him why he is interested in whether you have a bf or not next time he asks. See what he says.
