Your not from Manila aren't you?! There are a lot of fast food restaurants locally that serve pork in the metro area.
e.g. Lechon, Pork Barbecue, etc.

Yes. Absolutely. Pork is the greatest meat on earth and does not get nearly enough recognition. I see a few answers here that play to the public opinion that pork is bad for you or fattening, when most beef is more fattening than most pork. Chicken is only slightly less fattening and chicken has no flavor. That's why it goes with everything. It tastes like what you put with it. The other misconception is that pigs are dirty animals because they play in mud. They do that to keep cool. You want a dirty animal? Chickens eat their own feces. The funcion of the liver in a body is to filter out impurities. How is someone going to eat the filter out of an animal that eats its own feces?

Mac and cheese takes 10 mins to cook. Here are some easy things you can do to help the meal taste better for not much more time add one lb of ground meat (ground turkey is leaner than ground beef). You could add one can of cream of chicken soup, right when you add the cheese and the butter, it will give it a richer creamier flavor. You can add a lot of vegies while the maccroni cooks then at the end add speggetti sauce. Another quick meal idea is omlets! Add sprinkle cheese like cheddar, diced peppers and perhaps mushrooms for a great meal! Waldorf salad, is quick sorta (about 15 mins) to get everything ready if you have a little help. I applaud you for asking this question as McDonald's is good sometimes isn't the healthiest thing that you can do. I am sure you want your daughter to be as healthy as possible. Perhaps you can google 15min recepies! I hope I've helped.

I think most fast foo places avoid pork other than sausage, canadian bacon, bacon because it carries a higher risk of illness if not cooked properly. The bacon and sausage at Mc Donald's is pre-cooked so it just needs to be re-heated.
As for Little mama's comment: It is not fast food that makes people fat, it is people allowing their children to sit in front of the TV, computer or video games for hours on end with no exercise! I have worked at Mc donald's for a year and have actually lost weight!

Pollo Tropical serves pork as well as chicken and beef. And I'm sure you should be able to find local bbq joints in your town that serve eg. pulled pork sandwiches pretty fast, without table service...

There are places that serve pork in addition to beef and chicken. I don't know about "instead of" though. I see no reason to substitute, really.

McDonalds - sausage, bacon, ham.
Burger King - sausage, bacon, ham.
Bojangles - sausage, bacon, ham, possibly tenderloin, I don't eat there so I don't know for sure. Maybe BBQ.
Hardees - sausage, bacon, ham.
Sonic - sausage, bacon, hot dogs.
Cookout - hot dogs.
Mrs. Winners - sausage, bacon, ham, tenderloin, pork chops.

And local places, not sure how widespread they are:

Country BBQ - barbeque, tenderloin, pork chops, hot dogs.
Henry James BBQ - same as above.
Carter Brothers - same as above, plus sausage, bacon, ham and country ham.
KC's - hot dogs.

I imagine other fast food restaurants serve similar fare.

oh sure because there aren't enough overweight people already. I think fast food joints need to just close down because our society is the most unhealthy group of people and the more that these places go up, the more people don't care about what they put in their body. I can't even imagine driving through some place to eat some butchered pig or cow and have to have it made by people I don't even know. Yuck!!!
