I bought a vinyl shower curtain and it had this white powder on it when I opened it. Anyone know what it is?

Got it at Walmart, and it was made in China, so now I am worried it might be toxic or something.

No, it is not harmful or toxic. It is simply a talc powder to prevent the curtain from sticking together if it gets too hot while being transported. After all, you you don't want to purchase a fused multi-layer sheet of vinyl...you want a shower curtain.
