I think they may have been purposed to be a surprise gift for you! But , now that you have ruined the surprise, just play along with it.
If, by later this evening and she still hasn't announced her surprize, bring it up subtly. For example, just lay back and turn to her and say, "Ahhhh, I was just thinking about England, dear!"
See what her response is. If it's any thing else than what she intended it for, then that's the time I would start to be concerned!
