Simple: Act like the world revolves around you and that you're God's gift to creation. The more over-the-top you are the better because it'll make you look entirely flaky and it'll go a long way toward showing the audience why you're in a mental institution -- you can't deal with real life because you believe all the world's a stage and you're the one who must constantly be in the spotlight.

Get yourself a brazilian, don't wear underwear, flash your crotch to every camera in the universe, marry a worthless loser, and repeat this phrase 1000 times-"I swear officer, I don't know who stuffed these drugs into my pants"-so you can say it with a straight face.
