Fresh garden tomatoes, bell peppers with beans, onions, cukes, baby carrots. Love cottage cheese, low fat Viva or Meadowgold is awesome. Cukes and onions are so good in rice vinegar. I also love fresh peaches and make a mean pear salad with sharp cheddar, and lettuce and miracle whip and bell pepper, yum yum. My new years splurge, once a year is a bag of piggie curls and a big cherry pepsi. Oh almost forgot I like trail mix, small bag with fruit, nuts and choco of course. Just came home from the store with a Heath Bar, not so healthy but hey, life only comes around once. Besides the fresh veggies I could live on asparagus, hot or cold. Love it--well now I'm starving to death you poop!!

You never know. You might go to herbdoc.com and find out how to stay healthy until you are well past 200. My healthy favorite munchy is a tossup between raw brocolli or raw garlic.

Sure you can use healthy and munchie in the same sentence! Any healthy crunchie veggie with a nice ranch dressing is a good, very good munchie. Yet it doesn't beat chocolate, which has health benefits, too.

I like the 100 calorie snack boxes that have chips or crackers ,etc. That way I don`t gobble a whole bag of something just doing this or reading

I have ALWAYS loved celery sticks and baby carrots. Always. If I was given a choice between those and a chocolate bar, I would pick the celery sticks and carrots. Really.

And those low calorie, no fat dressings that you can buy can be very tasty used as dip. Although I have a dip I make myself using buttermilk that is just yummy.

I don't think healthy and munchy really do it for me. But because I know I need to be healthier,I started munching on celery and carrot stix. Sometimes celery with cottage cheese in it.But give me chips and dip and I'm in heaven!

I love to munch on iceberg lettuce,
it keeps the body hydrated
and is loaded with Vitamin K,
which is the clotting factor in your blood.
I especially like it with
fresh squeezed lime juice
and Pacific Sea Salt.

Mmmmmmmm, everything sounds so good. And I love every one of them.

But my all-time favorite is Trail Mix. And I especially love dried the Banana Chips in it. But then again, I love them by themselves and, Oh, I almost forgot my other "single" favorite, dried blueberries. Yes, I love a blue tongue!
