i didnt want to have to leave her i wont to be able to stay home with her and if i have to go back to school right now then someone else will have to take care of her and it should be me can someone help me with this thank you

No matter what, finish at least your high school education. If you're married, you're probably emancipated, but that's the least of your worries. You've got to finish your education so you are able to get a job and support your family.

You are not automatically emancipated if you are 16 and married. You will have to petition a court to be emancipated.

The fact that you are married, have a child, and are living with your husband are all factors in your favor for having your petition granted.
