I don't think your outward appearence determines wether you are reliable or not.

No, it's a myth from before you or I were born. Shallow people will always say things out of jealousy. It's a stereotype that you should try to break. How many smart people hate beautiful people because they feel they had to work to be smart and could not just be gifted with beauty? How many beautiful people ignore smart or ugly people because they feel they are inferior based on appearance alone?
Many people hate what they feel they cannot compete with and refuse to accept the fact that people can be both beautiful and smart. The root cause is usually jealousy or failure to think critically.
Bright individuals realize that a beautiful and intelligent person can be great to be around on more than one level, a benefit to an organization, and if they are intelligent then they will recognize the situation and not discriminate against those who are not blessed with such desirable looks.
Correlating any characteristic with beauty can be done, but beauty is not a cause to be unreliable and even if there are unreliable and beautiful people it does not mean that all beautiful people are the same.
Treat people as individuals and if you are looking for a trait then evaluate for that trait, instead of looking at the cover and thinking you know the contents.

Smile. Stereotype is a very dangerous way of thinking. Imagine, if I started judging your entire gender by your silly statement. Would that make every man a sexist fool in some opinions?
All people are human, which means different: some are airheads with no values to speak of and others are brilliant and trustworthy... There are also millions in between... So, I suggest you open your mind and start learning about life and trust one person at the time, like other intelligent people do.

Why are you attracted to unreliable, beautiful women? Do you only go after someone for their looks?
If you’d take the time to get to know a woman before dismissing her as unreliable, maybe you’ll find a beautiful, reliable woman.

Beauty has nothing with being either reliable or unreliable. It is the moral standards of the persons and their upbringing.

1st of all, what is beautiful? 2nd, from which perspective are you talking about. If a woman thinks that she herself is beautiful (physically attractive) and in an arrogant way, than yes. Woman who think that "I'm AM all that" do tend to be unreliable because her mentality is....."I'm good looking, I can do what I want"
BTW. The same goes for men.

Ivanka Trump is beautiful and, being a Wharton graduate AND a help in managing the Trump Organization, she can't be called unreliable if she can do all these things.

I'm unreliable but I'm not likely beautiful... I guess that's not a very reliable answer though.

It could affect it but not determine it... beautiful women are more likely to have other people do things for them, thus potentially be less independent or less reliable to think of others before themselves... only one of many factors though.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. However, I've observed that women who get by mostly on their looks have failed to develop many of the characteristics that make someone interesting to be with.
