It is good that you quit. Though, as many argue, there are worse things, smoking weed definitely isn't good for you. Having smoked for 3 months, you shouldn't see any permanent damage. You may be/have been irritable for a while after quitting, which is the main (possibly only) withdrawal symptom. Irritability, however, is very common at your age, anyways, so that may not go away for a while. You may want to talk to your pediatrician/doctor about any effects it may have had, you can ask that s/he keep the information confidential from your parents before you talk about it. Since you have quit, and are no longer endangering yourself, they should not be obligated to tell anyone, and they would be able to talk to you about any risks or symptoms to look for. I really wouldn't worry, though, marijuana - though not good for you - is relatively safe. It usually causes no long-term effects. It IS a mind-altering drug, and should not be used, especially by a student, whose mind is very necessary day-to-day. There are better ways to cheer yourself up and have fun, as I am sure you are learning. Stay clean, you deserve it!

Little young person, what is "normal" for you, anyway? I mean, what about you changed that you feel is so
different from what you were before you quit, whatever that was? I know that if you're a boy, you might get girl titties...Well, I'm glad you recently quit, or so you say. What was happening in that three months that you were smoking? Did you quit weed to start up another drug? Didn't anyone in your family smell weed on you for those three months? Did you like the way you felt for three months? Have you ever heard "Say NO to Drugs" before?

Yes, it will be out of your system by three weeks.
Pot is not good for teenagers.
They are already prone to laziness and pot just makes it worse, and also can lead to drinking which is even worse for teenagers.
There is plenty of time after you are an adult to use these substances if you wish, but please don't screw up your growing years with intoxicants.
Life is already intoxicating and exciting enough if you pay attention to what is around you.

smoking a mind altering drug at your age may have done irreparable damage, it was a stupid thing to do. Now you will just have to wait and see if you do indeed "go back to normal".

If you developed boy-boobs, they will never go away.

What do you mean "go back to normal"?
