Who has the best savings and cd rates for online bank accounts?

I am familiar with ING Direct, but I know there are others with better rates.

Well you can always try capitalone.com they have a good money market account and cd account and etrade.com. Its your personal choice though.

igobanking.com consistantly has the best savings rate. Currently it is at 5.17% for savings. No minimum balance.
