in this material world we borrow so much for what? to bye more and more and turn ourself around and throw it a couple of years later?
I think true joy comes from whithin and it`s for free. What gives you joy?

We are living in a material world which is getting worse. It seems to me like people have totally forgotten how to live simply and within their means. I try to catch myself when I start feeling like I should be buying more unnecessary stuff. My son gives me joy. Seeing him grow and being happy.

Media pressure to buy, buy buy, is insurmountable, we are conditioned to spend and want as soon as we can understand English.
Joy: walking in an old growth forest or along the sea shore. I get completely absorbed by nature and forget everything else.
