Tea Tree Oil is really unique in how it can help to heal up the skin like it does (especially for minor cuts and abrasions). The only other natural things out there that are even similar would be a vitamin E oil (from a softgel), vitamin E cream, or Aloe Vera gel/juice... and that's in order from most potent to least potent.
They may not work exactly the same as Tea Tree Oil does for you, but they may be strong enough for what you need it for.
Otherwise, you could always try something internal to help keep your skin healthy like Fish Oil (which I use for my skin problems), Biotin, Silica (available naturally in Horsetail herb), MSM, and Hyaluronic Acid among the most popular items. Different people have different reactions to those different ingredients, so it's hard to say what may help most for you. I've personally taken Biotin (which helps for a lot of people), but it was too powerful for me, so it shows how different people can be.

I would suggest Lavendar or Geranium, both are more floral scents and both have healing properties simular to Tea Tree.
Lavendar can be applied directly to the skin like Tea Tree with out being diluted, you should beable to spread around 1 or 2 drops to cover your whole face.
Geranium would need to be mixed with a base, such at vegetable or olive oil (1 drop of Geranium to 5 ml/tsp of oil), left on for 5 minuets or so, then wiping off the excess oil.
Be careful with all oils by keeping them away from the eyes.

For the acne spots\pimples:- Tea Tree Essential oil it has great on acne as it has antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties. Simply put a couple of drops on a cotton bud and dot onto each spot. Don't use it over your entire face as it can irritate the skin for some people. Lavender Essential oil has well known antifungal and antiseptic properties and is widely used in treating acne. For that stubborn pimples lavender can be applied neat using a cotton bud or pad. Redness, swelling and irritation will be dramatically reduced. The Lavender and tea tree if applying to larger areas, should be used in dilution for larger areas, I would recommend between 10-20 drops of essential oil to 50ml of jojoba oil. I would suggest you try using Jojoba Oil as it is almost identical organically-speaking to sebum, which is the natural oil produced by your skin. As well as being a great natural moisturizer it can also help with acne, Jojoba Oil penetrates into the skin without clogging pores and is suitable for all skin types it contains vitamin E and antioxidants which are great for fighting aging signs and moisturizing the skin. Studies on jojoba oil show that it has the ability to prevent skin from becoming too oily. This is due to the fact that putting jojoba oil on our skin can trick our cells into thinking they have produced enough oil. Remove any surface dirt from your skin, then put just a few drops of jojoba oil into your hand and rub it into your skin when you start to work jojoba oil into the skin, the oil penetrates into the pores. As jojoba closely resembles your skin's own oil, moisturizing with jojoba oil sends the message to your pores to stop overproducing the sebum that causing the oily skin. Hope this helps!

First, I would not use it strait. You should dilute say 12 drops in an ounce of carrier oil or lotion. You should mix it with a carrier like fractionated coconut (great for acne problems). Another good choice for a carrier would be sweet almond oil.
I would mix it with lavender to improve the smell.
Alternatively,
You could use Manuka Oil. It's great, smells like banana bread, and excellent to help clear skin. (Again dilute it like other oils -12 drops in an ounce is a basic guide.)

Ever thought about mixing it with Lavender or something else in order to dilute the solution ! I'm just saying. If it would be on a more medical aspect, it would be easier ;-)
Check out for Arnica or Aloe Vera, but Arnica is known to help a lot with the skin reconstruction and in massotherapy places, they sell it in cream in order to massage people, but there is no reason for you not to buy this wonderful smell and make your skin great.
Hope it helps !

J/A/S/O/N has a tea tree-aloe vera gel that doesn't have a terribly strong smell. I use it for bites and scratches, but it probably isn't good for keeping your skin clear.
If you're looking for a good skin toner, try witch hazel. A company called Dr. Thayer makes several formulations. I like the Lemon Witch Hazel.
