Giants, Pirates, Reds, Marlins, Royals, White Sox, Devil Rays and Orioles were the only teams in the Majors with less wins than the Astros.
What happened this year? What do Houston fans think?

Cheers!

the team just did not mesh weill in a division that is very weak. they have a pretty decent offense. lee, berkman, and pence should help them for years to come. they traded for jennings in the offseason which did not help out too much. losing clemens and pettite also hurt. if they can iron out a solid 5 in the offseason i could seeing them making an impact next year.

You really want to know what happened? Well, here's what happened..... The Astro's had an idiot as a GM (general manager). Fortunately, they just a new GM, so hopefully, they will be off to a better season. But hey, man, even though the Astro's weren't too good this time, they'll get better. They fall, but they get right back up.

They wrung the tail end of the Killer Bs era just a little too far.

That, and the pitching stunk.
