A new MB is not going to help with driver issues. If you can't find the drivers windows CD I would suggest either using another PC to download the drivers for your ethernet or to purchase another ethernet board that comes with drivers. This would be much less expensive than buying a motherboard.

I use Newegg for most of my boards. they are really good about returns. Zipzoomfly.com and mwave are also good.
Whichever one is cheapest including shipping price. Mwave also has bundles where, for $9 or so, they will assemble the cpu, board, and ram making sure they work before they ship. Althou I've never used that feature it may be nice for people who aren't real versed and not want to bother with possibly flashing the bios on the board to run the cpu. Even thou the ad will say the board supports certain cpus sometimes it wont unless you flash the bios
