Yes we should, but do we have an exit strategy?

No -- seems that California is in our union BY CHOICE -- first of all !!
Secondly -- I notice that you don't mention the hundreds of thousands of Iraqis that have been (and are being) killed !!

And, I guess that this is what you Neocons call TAKING OUR WAY OF LIFE TO IRAQ --- with some effort --- if you can get those numbers UP in IRAQ --- to where they compare to the numbers that you have for California (which are somewhat suspect to begin with ---- I mean, are these "traffic deaths" -- surely there are FAR more actual DEATHS in California than 3500 per year (?)) I guess THEN you can say that you've got a SUCCESS there and we can END THIS THING !!!!

Last, but not least --- try being one of the 3500's loved ones or family --- and see how "insignificant" those numbers look to YOU then !!!

Well, this is simply moronic. No other way to describe it. First of all, I didn't realize that Americans in California were there for no good reason (Just the ones in LA). Second, I didn't realize that the Americans in California who were dying were being killed by people who didn't want them to be there. Third, I didn't realize that all those Iraqis being killed didn't count. Finally, I didn't realize we had 33 million troops in Iraq.

It's nice to see that you don't actually have any good arguments to support your position. Otherwise, you'd never have tried to make this one.

It's a minimum of 3,800 American soldiers killed in Iraq, another 28,009 wounded American soldiers and a minimum of 71,259 innocent Iraqi men women and children killed in Iraq. No, we shouldn't get out of California, we SHOULD get OUT of IRAQ! Quit playing games with your partisan BS. You can't compare California's death toll with what's going on in Iraq. The comparisons have no relevance. Support Our Troops! BRING THEM HOME! NOW!

"The total military dead in the Iraq war between 2003 and this month stands at about 3,133. This is tragic, as are all deaths due to war, and we are facing a cowardly enemy unlike any other in our past that hides behind innocent citizens. Each death is blazoned in the headlines of newspapers and Internet sites. What is never compared is the number of military deaths during the Clinton administration: 1,245 in 1993; 1,109 in 1994; 1,055 in 1995; 1,008 in 1996. That's 4,417 deaths in peacetime but, of course, who's counting?"

This is the type of retarded apples and oranges comparison that conservatives make.

Our troop toll should be 0. Therefore 3500 is too high.

If you support the action in Iraq so much, why are you online asking infantile questions and not volunteering for the armed services? Get thee to a recruiter, boy!

Ironic that liberals like to count dead American bodies in Iraq, but pay absolutely no attention to the thousands of unborn babies who are murdered by their mothers each year as a "choice".
