my brother is meeting his cyber romance for the first time. What is more romantic: a single rose with a teddy bear, or a bouquet of roses?

Unless she's under 15 years of age, skip the teddy bear. Three long-stemmed red roses with Baby's Breath would be lovely (IMO).

How old is she? I wouldn't offer a teddy bear to a 28-year old for instance. The bouquet would be just fine. A chocolate bar would work well for me, too. Wish him luck! ;-)

Your brother should bring a single rose to his date anything more might be overwhelming to this person. For first dates simple is better. women are fickle sometimes get to know this person a little more then you can show them how giving you are.
