Here and there but I have many cats and they play tag-team so it's not really very fair, the rat always loses.

Yes, I have seen a cat with a rat,
the cat's name was Little, but he was not,
And the rat's name was Jerry, and he was so.
Little gave me Jerry as a gift, But this doesn't

My cat has caught a baby rabbit, a few birds and some mice but not a full size rat.

3-4 times a day. I have eight cats that patrol my yard and the neighbors yards 2-doors either way. Whatever they catch (trophy rabbits, mice, birds, moles, frogs, etc.), they leave in from of my sliding glass door or on the front porch. Sometimes it tough to figure out what the trophy catch is, when they only leave a kidney or liver. Actually, it pretty gross to clean up.
