I'm 10 1/2 weeks pregnant and I have the all day morning sickness (no vomiting yet....just nausea). I've noticed what seems to help me is drinking a clear soda (7up, Sprite or Sierra Mist) throughout the day. It really helps sooth my stomach a lot. Crackers didn't seem to work for me at all. Also sucking on peppermints helped too.

well I could never find one thing to help me, What helped someone else didn't help me, And that could be the same case, What helps one person may not help the next. I would suggest Vernors, salitines. a peppermint always helped. A small glass of coke. Eating smaller meals through out the day really helped me the next morning too for some reason. Good luck

She could always try having soda crackers beside her bed and a glass of warm 7up. Eat a few crackers and drink some 7up before getting up...wait about 10 min. or so before rising after eating. This should help. Hope she gets through it soon! I was sick more in the afternoon so not much helped me.

A glass of milk with a little bit of sugar helped me when I was pregnant, but take it before you get up, also try to eat something light like crackers or toast. Good luck! I had 9 months of entire DAYsickness but after my daughter was born, it was totally worth it!!!

not much ever helps but try anything with ginger or even some toast. There are also some suckers called Pregy Pops I think that could help my friend used them and said that they worked. She got them at Wal-mart or at the Motherhood store. Just tell your friend to relax it should pass with time.

I found for me personally during the worst times with it, I had to eat saltines constantly, but with water or 7up...it had to be ICE COLD.
There was something about the really cold sensation going down my throat that soothed my nausea. Who knows? It could work for her too.
Best of Luck

Eat crackers even before you get out of bed and drink some ginger ale. That's helping me with this pregnancy.
