I just watched the season premier last night (as I'm sure lots of people did). I'm wondering who the new neighbor is - the man (OB/GYN). He looks very familiar to me, but I can't remember what show I've seen him on. For some reason this is making me crazy! Help. THanks.

I remembered him from the show Two Guys, A Girl and A Pizza Place (which later became just Two Guys and A Girl), with Ryan Reynolds. I'm sure he's been in other shows and movies, too, though.
