How do I change the other dials on my fossil blue?

Does anybody know where i can get an online manual for my fossil blue watch. Its the one with the days of week, the days of the month, and the 24 hr clock. Or better yet does anybody know how i change the other dials?

If you are talking about the day,month,and date dials.Then try this pull your pin out slowly and just a small amount,feel for a click,then see if any of the dials change if you start turning it.If so then pull out a small about more,for the next dial.If that doesn't work,then call the store where you bought it or they are sold and ask for Fossils 1-800 number to call them,they will walk you thru it...
