what are some things i can do with a computer microphone. i was thinking of getting one. how can i use it.?

was going to get a microphone for my computer. what are some uses for it. i don't want to get one if i don't have anything to do with it.

Plug it in and speak into it, record speech, dictatiom, voice chat using Skype or Messenger
