this is a serious question. Is the sex boring or do people spice it up

It depends on the couple...some may have it rarely, others daily (or more)...some may have 'plain vanilla' and others 'anything goes'.
It really varies depending on the couple and their individual sex drives.

I think it depends on the couple, but time changes things; sometimes for better other times not. Before I got married, I used to be the one with the high sex drive. When we got married, it was equal. After I had the baby, my libido dropped (horribly) and he was the one with the high drive. Before we split, we had a pretty equal drive.
Like I said, it all depends. No two couples are the same. I'm always going to be a freak and so will he so I dont think either one of us will have problems in that dept

when i was married i liked it 17 times a week and sure every once in a while u have to spice it up, but its not because sex is boring. we liked to wear cowboy boots sometimes when we did it, that was hot and spicy. i'm not sure about other people and how much they do it. maybe buy urself a puppy, i think ur going to be ok. its a long road in front of u and u just have to take it one day at a time. i will keep u in my prayers. good luck

about 2 - 3 times a week, and No, sex is not boring!!!
not only sex spice up our life, it also keep our love and relationship going!
by the way, i've been married for 20 yrs and our sex life is still as good as we first met!!

It really all depends on the couple and their marriages. My husband and I have intercourse about 6/7 days a week because we will sometimes will have it more than once a day and yes we have been married for quite some time now granted were still kind of young:)

I'd say about 2 times a week is average. We've been married 8 years and that's usually how it goes, sometimes more sometimes less. It depends on your lifestyle too. I work days, my husband works second shift and tends to the family business on mornings, we have two young children so we do it when we can find time and are not too tired...

If we are on vacation - just us- 1 or 2 times a day! When home, juggling work and kids, it's less and it depends on activities during the week, etc... We are madly in love, so it's always good, never boring.

In my own case 2-3 times per week {but I'd be willing to bet that it depends on how long you've been married} and you have to spice it up with role playing etc...If you don't someone gets bored and when people get bored they cheat.

after 19 years of marriage I still would like to have it 2 or 3 times a day but my wife on the other hand never wants it

That usually depends on how long you have been married, and how old you are.
My guess would be an average of twice a week.
