I live for this month-- the atmosphere, the crisp morning air, the end of heat and humidity, the sweet smelling woods, the warm color of the tress and light-- it's the perfect time (at least here in the Mid Atlantic). Who's with me?

I hear a lot of people say they love October but their feeling is tempered by the idea that winter is on its way. I lucked out there-- I love winter. It's my second favorite season. I lose in the spring-- because I hate that summer is coming.

October is wonderful! Very many events happen in this month such as the beginning of the Texas Renaissance Festival. Autumn is my favorite season. I love the weather and the atmosphere just as you do. i have winter to look forward to as well.

Happy :) I love October because Halloween is my favorite holiday & I love the cold weather & winter time, I can't stand the summer it's always way to hot

Our family loves October! We work at a haunted house and it's an exciting time!! I like the weather in October, however I don't like Winter at all!!

I like this time of year a lot normally it is my favorite. This year I an feeling outa sorts and not myself...I hate that I am missing the beauty of fall.

Well sugah let me tell you what. I live in South MS so ask me about Feb. and I will tell you that it is great because it will be in the forties(if we're really lucky we may see some thirties). Glad you guys are colling off though.

I love it because it's my birthday, my fiance's birthday & we have Halloween, as well. This year is particularly wonderful, as we're getting married in 10 days. I also love the weather, as we're not getting those 119F days anymore!
