Should I drop Drew Brees for Patrick Crayton?

I had taken Brees because he was supposed to be only behind Manning, Brady and Palmer.

Fortunately I also took Tony Romo in the middle rounds and he's been arguably the best fantasy QB. So I don't need Brees anymore.

Is Crayton worth picking up? I know I can't expect 184 yds and 2 TD every week.
