I have a 2 foot long spider that I drop from the ceiling when kids come to the door. The screams sound like a haunted house. PS They get the candy too.

i have never done this myself but my dad told me about it. you put some dog poo in a piece of paper and put it infront of someones front door. you then set it on fire knock on the door and hide. then the person who opens the door will stand on it to put the fire out. you can guess what happens next!

i have a pretty hot female friend. what we do is she will dress up all sexy lik and ill dress like a demon or something scary. she will walk through a area with plenty of people.if someone turns to check her out ill jump out and scare them when they turn around again. its funny, i made one guy fall down i scared him so bad. (this works really any time of the year come to think of it)

I put my hands in cold water...really cold freezing water...and then go hide beside a doorway and then when someone walks past I touch their ankles and they all just JUMP!!! It is freakin awesome...you should try it...

grab a bucket that the children think has candy then reach down and pull out a paintball gun and fire BLANKS at them......i love doing this!!!
