Im pretty sure you need your bachelor or associate degree. The reason why im asking is because im going to school for criminal justice but its to get my certifaction.Besides being a lawer there what other jobs there can you do?

The degree you need would depend on the job. You mention lawyer - for that you need a bachelor's degree, a law school degree, and to pass the state test to be admitted.

There are lots of other jobs in the organization. For office jobs, you might not need any degree.

It is going to depend on what position you want to hold within the NAACP? Criminal Justice degree or certification is what police officer's, paralegals take to understand not only how the justice system works and how it works to uphold laws that will and have been criminally subjected to.
The NAACP is to ensure the political, educational, social and economic equality of minority group citizens of the United States, it is not only for colored people and doesn't only apply to minorities, but it applies to every citizen in the United States. Check out their web sites and you will discover that there are a lot more than just lawyer jobs within the organization

Every organization needs marketing people. So a degree in marketing would be fine. Some schools even offer a degree in Non-Profit management. This would be a plus as well. Every organization needs at least one grant writer, so an English degree would be helpful here. With a degree in journalism you could work in Public Relations. It really depends on what area of the organization you would like to work in.
