Everytime I do anything it beeps and I tried to check the volume and audio features in the control panel, but it still beeps.

1. Start - Run, then type Regedit
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Sound
3. Edit/create the string value called Beeps. Set it to decimal 0 to disable the sound (or 1 to enable sounds)
4. Reboot

If this is an XP installation, Click Start>Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices. Now click the Sounds tab. You can do this two ways.
1. Remove the check from any sound that you do not want to hear.
2. Click the down arrow on the Sound scheme and choose "No Sounds". You will now have to recheck the sounds that you want.
For Vista the instructions are the same except the path is: Start>Control Panel>Sound, and then click the "Sound" tab.

Sounds like you may have a button (or a few buttons) stuck or shorting out on your computer... have you tried swapping out the keyboard?

Another thing would be to just pull out the mother board speaker (if you dont know what it looks like you can search for internal speaker, motherboard speaker, etc in images to see if you can find one that looks like yours (they come in a bunch of shapes and sizes)

If you're looking to disable all sound from your computer. Try going through the device manager. select your soundcard and goto disable. Hope tyat helps
