get a pregnancy test or see a doctor to be sure that's not the problem. Stress can also cause a period not to come, or it could just be some mucous blockage making it late.

Menstruation every 20 days would worry me more than a 32 day cycle. You don't say how old you are but younger women commonly can have cycle fluctuations and your stress about this issue probably contributes. If you are positive you are eating a nutritionally sound diet, why should the lack of meat cause this? I love it that so many answers were ready to jump on anemia as the issue, but it would have to be pretty severe to cause this, and you would *not* feel well. How to manage your period while travelling is obviously going to depend on what facilities are available-if none, do be sure to bring an opaque sealable system for disposing of used supplies.

- Stress (as everyone has mentioned).
- A change in diet, especially if it has caused a dramatic change in your weight (especially in your percentage of body fat)
- Pregnancy (take a test just to be sure - might get rid of the stress!)
- Sometimes, it's just late for no good reason.

If you're not pregnant and you still don't have a period next month, call your doctor to see what's up. Otherwise, relax - missing a period or having a late one is very normal, especially when you're young.

There are many reasons why you could be late. Are you in school? the stress of a change in lifestyle such as summer lounging into fall school could make you late. My ex wife would go 2-3 months sometimes in between, but then sometimes it would come twice in a month. To be certain that you are not pregnant, you should take a pregnancy test, that will rule out that, but just relax and know that skipping one month is not that unusual. In the end, you should visit you gynecologist to check things out.

It could be nothing it could be lots of things. There are two things you never should plan on in life. One is a guy remembering anything important and the other is a womens period. If you miss two in a row see the clinic, and one of the doctors inside.

It should be caused by stress. Just relax and don't worry about your period. You're fine unless you want to take a pregnancy test to make sure everythings' fine

If you have had a sexual relationship, then you really should get a pregnancy test! (Tesco sell their own brand and it's cheap!)
Stressing and worrying about it could also be a factor!
My daughter has missed quite a few periods in her time, so hopefully it's just that!
Good Luck!

at times, if you happen to be stressed it will stop your minstrel cycle. If you are worried about pregnancy, I would suggest getting a test. IF you are stressed out or newly on birth control, or changeing birth control habits, these things can effect your cycle

You could be stressing yourself out of your peroid. Also if you have had unprotected sex you could be pregnant. Take a pregnancy test and put your mind to rest.
