Dye what?
No, they're not. My mother was once told, when she was in her 40s, that she would live to be 88. She died 6 weeks before her 89th birthday, of nothing particularly serious. When she was hospitalised I told the doctor in charge that she had specifically said, she did not want to be kept alive 'artificially'. He said, Your mother's not going to die.' To which I replied, 'Oh, yes she is. She has a very strong will and she believes it's her time.'
I didn't trust myself to remind her of the gypsy and ask if she remembered the prediction.

As the vast majority of fortune tellers are fakes, they can tell you what they like! Please bear in mind that it isn't true though!!

A fortune teller once told a friend of mine that her 14 year old daughter would be pregnant and on drugs by the time the year was out! That same daughter who is now 19 has never been in trouble and is studying medicine at university!

Her mother, who is incredibly gullible and should have realised that she knew her daughter better, nearly had a nervous breakdown and took to searching her poor daughters things 4 or 5 times a day looking for proof of drug use!!

Some people do. (Just a side note: I've never known anyone to call themselves fortune tellers. Not unless they dressed like one for Halloween.) I've heard on the radio when they have a guest psychic on to tell people when they are going to die and how.
However, between intuitive readers, there is a sort of unspoken set of rules. One being that you never tell someone when they are going to die. People can unhealthily become obsessed about it and become paranoid about it. However, if you sense that something is coming up or that their life pattern could lead to an early death, then you say something. Like...you feel that they may have a health concern they should look into. Things like that. Personally, I've never tell anyone when or how they're going to die.

In traditional Indian astrology , all astrologers are strongly prohibited from telling any person when they will die , because it is a prerogative of the Almighty .
But these days no the world is in a mess , most of the fortune tellers are fake or with little knowledge so they just behave as they like .

Not only can they tell you when you will dye, they will tell you what you're going to dye and what color you will dye it.

If a fortune teller gives you a specific date and manner for your death, you won't know if they're right, only if they're wrong, so don't worry about it. Make your own future and don't waste time and money on fortune tellers.

It's impossible to predict something 100% acurately. Nothing is written in stone and there are so many other factors which effect a person and their situation.
It would be arrogant, irresponsible and thoroughly insenstive to make this kind of prediction.
Fortune tellers are supposed to be guides not the decision makers.

Fortune tellers are all fakes . If they weren't , they and the psysics ( sick-ics ) would have all of the money in the world. They would know which number would win every lotto in the world , every horse race , they would be able to clean out every gambling casino.
Instead , they fish for a buck or two from the suckers .

It's not a matter of are they allowed... it's a matter of why would they? No psychic (who had a shred of decency) would do that. Also most psychics will tell you if you see things in your future you do not like... change them! yes.. I'm not kidding.. change them..simply change your course and change the future.
