An evolution of humanity. There is not one single piece of hard evidence to support the existence of any god or form of religious belief. A world government modeled on the US Constitution would go far to make the world a better, more efficient and peaceful place.

An isolationist. He may understand that "no man is an island", but perhaps a peninsula would be nice. Considering the alternative of meddling in other nation's politics, often to long-term detriment... perhaps like all things "in moderation", a little isolationist wouldn't be such a bad thing.
