Some people that want a decent best answer percentage could just make another profile, ask questions with that profile, and go back to original profile, answer those questions, and get themselves best answer for all the questions they posted. I'm not accusing, but OMG that is SUCH a GREAT idea!!!! please post back. Give me your opinions.

I am sure there may be some out there who abuse the system, but sometimes maybe the top answerers do deserve it by answering fairly. Plus I think the links in their profiles would reveal if they have been useing one or two other profiles to try that trick, as in their profiles there would be a lot from the same 1 or 2 people. And it would take ages to make so many accounts to get that high :)

Heck no. Just click on most recent twice and you get least recent. Those poor people maybe didn't get many answers so you have a better shot and they deserve an answer, so your doing a good service. Maybe I'm vain, but I like to know that my answer was at least read, after all the work I put into them and a minus 300 percent is embarassing. lol

HAHAHAHA...good idea for points...but JEEBUS, what kind of lame-o would do that? I've recently become semi addicted to this site, but I don't care about being a top contributor THAT much...

I'm more amused by the dumb things that people ask...I've gottten pretty good at deciphering who's asking a stupid question b/c they have nothing better to do and who's asking a stupid question because they are...well, stupid...and too lazy to look up a real answer!

Well,I am a top contributer in my other account(I use this one for P & S).I didn't expect to be made a top contributer-it came totallt out of the blue. You should know that after a couple of days, the effect wears off and you feel normal once again.

So,what I am saying is that the badge isn't worth that much trouble. Its not like top contributers get paid or anything.

It's a fact. That was the downfall of Dukalink6000, who was in a close competition with Judas Rabbi and Richard for the top spot, and had actually been in the top position once or twice. Cheating is still something Dukalink6000 denies doing, but Yahoo! apparently believes very strongly that he cheated, and his account was suspended/deleted, and they refuse to re-instate it.

Wow your mind is on overdrive lol
I would hope not.. what would it accomplish anyway.. I would like to think people for the most part are honest and caring and helpful in whatever they do..
Numbers here really mean nothing.. its how you answer a question and what advice you can give that really means something .. don't you agree?

That's an interesting concept. It doesn't sound too farfetched. Still, I think that the majority of top contributors have earned it.

Some probably do, but what's the big deal..
The badge and the points mean nothing..
It's the fun and helping other people that matter!
