I am in pain. I have what the doctor told me was an ingrown hair right in the bikini line. It is so swollen and sore. I can not even drive right now let alone walk. almost looks like a boil. Going to try and get to the doctor today but in the meantime what can I do? I have Witch Hazel on it now.

Hot pack it. Put a hot washcloth on the area and keep hot packing it over and over again. Eventually, it will come to a head and pus will drain from it. Sometimes it takes a day or 2.
If its not better within 24 hours, if you get a large area of swelling and rednes around it or if it starts draining green pus, or you start running a fever go to the doctor earlier.

i use Ichtammoul ointment 20%. its a drawing compound. put a dab on and cover with a large bandade. it wil draw it out in a day or two. and you could try soaking in a hot bath. to help draw it to a head. be sure to pull out the hair
