what happened to alonso? what happened to vettel and webber? were you pulling out your hair like i was when they cut away from kimi and heikie's battle to watch lewis run all alone doing nothing? how the hell did massa and kubica get to such a tight battle at the end and we never saw it till it was all but over ?

us americans might not turn out the best drivers in the world but we sure as hell are seconed to none when it comes to televised sporting events, its time the fia stopped letting the local t.v. stations broadcast the events and hire one major company to travel with the series to send out the global broadcast feeds,

do you agree?

I agree entirely with your idea. The Japanese are among the worst at it, along with the French and the Italians. Mind you, since ITV took over from BBC in the UK, things have gone downhill too.

to be honest i think the coverage would have been a lot better if the weather hadn't been so bad. at least in clearer conditions you have the birds eye view from the helicopter camera, but on this occasion it was grounded. i too would have liked to see the run up to Fernando pounding the wall. i think the poor visibility meant none of us had the chance to see the webber and vettel. it was just a wall of spray. i must admit to having a few less hairs than before the race started though
