I have had the bearings checked ,the strut tower replaced and the lower control arm replaced all at the mechanic's recommendation. The noise is still there. The car drives fine and brakes fine. Help!!! My car is a 95 Buick Skylark Limited.

If this scraping sound that you say happens all the time then chances are it is just hard linings on the brake pads. Nothing to worry about it will just make noise. But I would take it to a brake specialist and have it checked, don't chance yours or any body Else's life on brakes that could potentially be faulty...

Good Luck
